A Job Offer Letter is used to formally offer a position to a candidates & provide important information including start date, compensation, work hours & job title.
We hire the employee on probation for 90 days from the starting for regular job. Public holidays and weekly day offs are counted while computing the probational period. The probationary period allows an employer to terminate an employee who is not doing well or otherwise deemed not suitable for a particular position or any position.
A probationary period extended when the supervisor hasnot had adequate opportunity to fully assess the employee’s performance or the employee has not had adequate opportunity to demonstrate successful performance.
Confirmation letter will handover to the employee after completing probation period with the details terms of service such as facilities, remuneration, etc.
