  1. SEPARATE RECORD
    Records are make separate from the day of starting of each employee.
  2. PERSONAL RECORD FILE INCLUDE
    ” Name, Address, Date of Birth and the details of Citizenship.
    ” Date of Appointment, Post and Nature of work.
    ” Salary
    “Department and leave record
  3. ATTENDANCE RECORD
    ” EARLY IS ON TIME, ON TIME IS LATE & LATE IS UNACCEPTABLE”.
    Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement of  the employee position.We make the attendance record of each employee for evaluating individual performance and continued employment.
  1. WORKING HOURS & TIME
    ” 8hrs per day 48 hrs per week
    ” Tiffin Break : 30 minutes break in a day
    ” Weekly off: one day off in a week.
